    I ordered items from this company and advised what I ordered had a delay in shipping and was given a jacket to compensate. I have been trying to get that jacket since 11/2024. I feel like I have been given the run around about getting this product. I have sent emails and phone calls and was finally told 12/2024 that "jackets would be shipped out in a few weeks". It is now middle of Feb 2025 and no product. i have tried emailing and calling with no reply. I would like my jacket as this was a gift for my grandson

    Yes the original online order that ***** ****** ordered was received late she did receive the items from the order.  The free was offered in addition to the late items and was delivered to her address on 2/25.

    Placed an order. Did not ship in the time it said it would. Received order (late) with multiple missing items that I not only paid for but paid shipping on as well. I was told they would be sent out. Still only received partial of what I was missing. I requested a refund for item/shipping that was not received and was told on 10/14 that I would receive reimbursement that day via Venmo (which was weird to begin with as this order was paid via Credit Card) and never received the refund. So I have paid money and shipping costs and did not receive all of said product. Im not sure how this is even a legit company but I would recommend people steer clear.

    I placed an order with Evolution Team apparel August 4th. The website states that the product will ship 4 weeks from close date. Based on the stated time span on the website I should have received my order September 15th. It has been 6 weeks since the order closed. I have contacted the dealer representative **** ********* multiple times via email and phone. I have yet to hear back from him. Since I have not heard from him I contacted the corporate office. The only thing they told me was to contact Mr. ********** In my original email to them and response email I had stated that I had contacted him and that is why I was emailing them. As of September 30, I have not received my order nor received any update on my order. My credit card was charged the day I placed my order August 4th.
