I sent a single small box of textbooks in January and it's been almost 3 months without any update to my inventory page. I sent them a second email a month ago after being ignored the first time about the issue and requested an update, or my inventory back if they can't process it in a timely manner. I was then told that they don't return items under any circumstance, and that my items are currently in the "processing stage", despite the tracking saying "DELIVERED" for over a month at this point. It is absolutely absurd to have 16 total textbooks sit for almost 3 months without any movement, and to be told that they "don't have a policy for returning items once received." This is at best just horrible business practice, or at worst a full on scam. I was also told that they would "follow up with our partner warehouse to get more information", and it's been a month without any follow-up email or communication. I would highly suggest selling your restricted inventory on alternate platforms.

I am writing to formally address a matter regarding a book shipment I dispatched to your business in December of 2023. Despite my repeated attempts to inquire about the status of my books, I have yet to receive any definitive action from your company. Throughout our correspondence, I have been assured on multiple occasions that the items would be promptly listed within the following week. Regrettably, this has not transpired, leading to a significant delay that has adversely impacted my financial situation. Furthermore, I specifically entrusted these books to your company with the understanding that they would be listed before the spring textbook season, a commitment that was unfortunately not met. This failure has resulted in a substantial loss of potential profits, causing undue financial strain as I had anticipated using these proceeds to support myself while awaiting credentialing for my post-school employment. In light of these circumstances, I kindly request a refund equivalent to the original quoted price of each book, totaling $500. Your cooperation in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue.Sincerely,*******************

I sent books and DVDs to this company for listing on Amazon over two months ago. The company told me that they were experiencing high volume of received inventory and that they would get back to meas to when my books would be listed. After several emails regarding the delays, I asked that my books be returned. The books were not listed or returned and the company has not responded to my most recent email.

Hello,We have sent books to Restricted Inventory since 2021, because they are selling books to Amazon for us. First a couple months, their service was fine, But March 15, 2022, I received email from *****(Owner) as below email on March 15, 2022 "Hey, ****, One of our Amazon accounts is currently under investigation, this is the nature of selling "high-risk" textbooks. Your inventory will be listed on another Amazon account and should be active by the summer textbook season (May). "As of now, they have my 110 copies of books that has over $10,000 value, not paying to us or not selling my books to Amazon. I have sent more than 40 emails and 50 phone calls. THEY DO NOT RESPONSE AT ALL. Thank you,****
