    They have a vehicle that im tryin to get off the lot it's not in my name but I have a notarized form giving me consent to get the vehicle ( it's my boyfriend.. he's incarcerated) the lady and I had a few words because , she wasn't listening to me she wouldn't let me talk to her manager i called up there this morning she said it was 570 they have a 60 dollar day fee I called up there around 10 pm tonight it went to 719 dollars I asked her why n she hung up I called back 3 times she hung up every single time ... I don't understand where the upcharge came from if you do the math it should be 630 I feel like she's being unprofessional... even myself working customer ********************** you can't let things get in between business.. I will say that me and her could've been nicer to one another I never try to be a rude person but it's like she was having a bad day or some .. and the upcharge isn't fair ..shes trying to treat me like a child because she's know I'm 18 when she looked at my i.D ... *** appreciate that .. how she's using her power against me over something so childish when it should be about the money and the necessary paper work . they already taxing ... it's some dirty business going on over there I don't know her name she's a older lady wit glasses she's behind the desk ... she's very shady ..

    The customer had a notarized letter from her boyfriend to let her pick up the car from Dad's Wrecker. So either the car has been there or it said the wrong thing. We are ******** wrecker and she was told she had to get an updated letter with our name. She continued to get rude with our dispatcher and that is why she was hung up on. This lady has already came back with the correct info and picked up her car. As a matter of fact she was short $40 and we still gave her the car and I didn't even know about this complaint at the time last week when she picked it up. We have rules for protection of the registered owners and their vehicles. We can't just release them to anyone without the correct information. In my eyes this complaint was unjustified against us and my dispatcher.
