On 12/20/24 I paid the invoice for 1 year of service from Sphere Rocket. They had a 3 day cancellation policy & an email was sent on 12/23/24 cancelling the contract. I heard nothing from them for days and did not receive my refund. A week later I was told they were closed for the Holiday. They encouraged me to proceed w/ the interview that was set up on 1/2/25. I at no point in time agreed to rescind my cancellation. I still expected a full refund, but did agree to the interviews. That day I did find someone that could work, since they refused to refund my money I reluctantly proceeded. I put an agent in charge of training & onboarding her. We were promised fully trained VAs. I spent an additional $2,000 training the VA who at the end was not a fit. I again in February requested a prorated refund of $6,000 even though this cost over $8,000. I cancelled in December in my legal timeframe, & in February I still did not receive my refund. I then again tried to work with them since they refused to refund me even though legally they should have in December. I gave specific criteria about what we needed & was told that they have no candidates that match the profile. They continue to match us with S style candidates when we requested CD. So they took my money, did not follow their own refund policy, & now they violate their own contract by having untrained ******************* that do not match our profile. In February I got very angry because this is fraudulent. I had another party explain that I should dispute the charge which is what I did. It was a fraudulent charge from a company that is non existent. It is a scam. I was also willing to do a partial refund. I paid for a year of service. I received 0 service. If you consider 6 weeks of spending an additional $2,000 I was willing to do a partial refund just to get something. The company does not respond or return my contacts. Contract is to large to attach.
