      Buyer Beware…Do not purchase from this company. I placed an order through the website and sadly realized that I had not ordered enough when I received two small sheets - almost like a sample size. Then I rechecked dimensions with my contractor and went back to order again. I still had concerns about getting the dimensions right because it’s confusing on the website. I placed the order and then within a few hours, emailed and asked them to hold off printing my order because I was worried about spending more money and not getting enough paper to cover the walls.They emailed right away saying that they were holding off on printing my order. They were trying to help me figure out the dimensions which was appreciated but in the meantime, I saw from the two small sheets that I had received earlier that there were irregularities in the printing (floral pattern). I then emailed and asked them to officially cancel my order. They have basically said I cannot cancel my order because you only have 3 hours to cancel. I emailed 4 hours after I ordered and asked them to hold off on printing, which they agreed to in writing (email). Since then, they have not returned any of my phone calls and indicated in an email that it is too late to cancel my order. All I am asking is for them to refund the nearly $700 charge on my credit card (from the 2nd order) since they did end up receiving my request to hold off on printing, confirmed that in writing and have not sent any product.. They also failed to address my question about refunding the money for the first order since there were issues with the wallpaper. This customer service was awful. As others have said, they basically ghost you once you have any issue with them. You are better off going into a brick and mortar store to find wallpaper and avoid this situation.
