  I first Contacted ******* December of 2024. I told him I had moisture problems in my home and when carpet was being put down in my bedroom closet the flooring company found moisture on the floorboard. ******* assured me that he could take care of the problem. He put new floor board in my closet and when I put my clothes back in the closet the floor board was so weak and unstable until I felt it would collapse if I stepped on it. He also said he could put vapor barrier in the small crawl space. I asked him was he sure and he said yes we can get to it. I recently had a notable company to look at my crawl space and he told me that the vapor barrier was only on the front and was not all over the crawl space. ******* also dug a small tunnel so my downspouts could drain connected to a pvc pipe and run into the ditch. He covered it with black tar gravel. Since all the rain thats all washed away and the pipes are now showing. He put a dehumidifier in and told me he would be servicing the humidifier. I have reached out to ******* on various occasions and he will not return my calls nor text messages. I hired him through Thumbtrack and had given him a good review and afterwards is when all the problems started. I paid him half his money with a travelers check and the rest through cashapp. I have requested money back because he did not do all he said he would do. He installed the dehumidifier and said it would only come on if there was moisture. He told me that there was no moisture in the large crawl space where he put the dehumidifier but there is. I feel that I was scammed and taken advantage of being an older woman. I need him to correct his work or give me my refund of all my money ***** dollars.
