      At The Valley fair mall establishment (Journey’s) located on 3601 S and 2700 W, the manager along with the employee working the date of 5/21/23 between the hours of 1:00-5:00pm, the terrible customer service experience. On Wednesday afternoon we went to purchase a pair of shoes and the employee was very rude and disrespectful. She had thrown the shoes at my daughter. Later that day, we made a phone call and asked to speak with the manager and not only were they very disrespectful but went on the offensive while also stating “call corporate” 3 times repeatedly and hung up. This was not only the most outrageous but very unpleasant customer service experience ever and not only that but also them treating us like 14 year old adults was unacceptable. This location without remorse didn’t really care much for the situation and would prefer for the customer to call corporate instead of provide great and amazing customer service. At this rate not only will the company go out of business but also all of the employees that work in any of there locations.

      I visited one of your stores to purchase shoes for my grandson who was just starting to walk. The store did not have the what I needed. But assisted me in finding some online. I was told if they were shipped from another store I would not be charged shipping and handling. The shoes arrived with no receipt, only a paper showing the order number and the store it was shipped from. I didn’t think anything of it until I went to return the shows because they were too small and was told I was charged shipping and handling and I couldn’t be reimbursed. The associate there called customer service to get an override knowing what I was told. They refused to allow the override. I filed a complaint with your company and got a response saying “sorry you were told incorrect information” Unbelievable from a company of your sign. I will be returning those shoes I bought and the 2nd pair! I don’t want to do business with a company like yours!!!

      I purchased my son a pair of shoes in a size 2, and they send me some dirty shoes, the bottom of the shoe was dirty . It was nothing in the box ,no paper wrapper it was empty box in the shoe was just dirty.

      Worst company ever. Put in an order for a little kids shoes for my daughter size 11. They shipped a size 11 mens. I even have the name of who hand-packed the order and the store number - clearly that person made a mistake but customer service canÂ’t do anything about it. Contacted customer service and nothing they can do. Just told me to go to a nearby store to have it exchanged. DoesnÂ’t care that theyÂ’ve inconvenienced us and that we needed it right away but now would have to wait. Never ever order from this store as they donÂ’t know what theyÂ’re doing. Customer service named Zahra D even had the nerve to use ! on the chat??? Unbelievable. DonÂ’t bother buying from them. CanÂ’t do orders right and donÂ’t own up to it.

      I always stopped by Journey's in the mall to look at shoe sales but never purchased from them. I decided to buy online from them recently. After I made a purchase, I received an email without a lot of information in it. In 2022, we're use to seeing business emails (like ***************** or *********) that are actually too busy with items to buy so this was a little odd, to see an email so bare. I didn't see the shoe size listed in my order. I went back to the website later to look and saw that the size I chose wasn't listed, but I decided to not worry about it too much since if an item was out of stock then I would be told. 6 days pass and I don't hear anything from Journey's and there's nothing in my spam folder. I contacted them and found that my order was cancelled because the item was out of stock. They offered me $5.00 but this doesn't fix the issue that I wasn't told that my order was canceled. I dealt with customer service twice and it was cringy. They want to act like they're your best friend, talking about your favorite shoe brands and loading up the chat with smiley emojis. I'm not missing out on much as this was the first time buying. I don't plan on attempting another buy in the future.

Whenever our customers' orders are canceled, there is an automated process in place to email our customer's the update. Unfortunately, *********** email address was entered incorrectly when the order was placed and it was not received. The email is listed as **************************** instead of ****************************. Our goal as a company is to provide world-class customer service to each and every customer we have. We truly appreciate *********** time and patience throughout this process. We are here to assist *********** in any way that we can if she should attempt to shop with us again.

      Employee ****** at the Broward mall in ft.lauderdale Florida told me that the socks were on sale, But they rang up as regular price. I didn't receive a receipt she emailed it to me. When I checked me receipt to make sure she marked it down she didn't so I went to her and she then said they weren't on sale and she sorry she can't return it because of COVID. I didn't wear the socks I didn't even leave the store and the receipt clearly says I can return them. That employee was supposed to be a manager which she is a horrible employee and lack customer service. I am taking this stuff back to another store and see what they say.
