    Don't go to Window World. Big Mistake. They promised me that my windows would be put in before the year ended. I told them about my Christmas vacation. Now, they have an excuse they are not coming Dec 18 as promised or Dec 19, Dec 20. I only ordered the windows to get a tax break on October 31 because Raz promised me they would be installed before I left for vacation. Management had excuse after excuse. They are rude and mean and did not try to get me scheduled before I go on vacation. They would get zero stars

    **** ******* was scheduled to have her windows installed on Wednesday 12.18.24 but unfortunately due to the inclement weather today we had to reschedule the project. Severe thunderstorms and rain all day. We offered Saturday, 12.21.24, she said no she was leaving for vacation and would not be back till Saturday 12.28.24. I offered Monday 12.30.24 or Tuesday 12.31.24 she said no that Tuesday was her anniversary. We have dates before the year ends but she does not want any of them. I offered 01.02.25 or 01.03.25 they declined.
    I sent an email to them and the response that I received was now they are not available till March.

    After reading the reviews it looks like not much has changed with this company. My biggest complaint is the service that we have received since our windows were installed last August (2022). One of the transom windows was broken on the truck, and the installers said they had called the company and let them know it had to be re-ordered. Probably 3 months later, I called the company and there was no record of a broken window and nothing had been ordered. It is now September, a year later and we still have a broken window. I have called multiple times, remeasured and given them the code on the damaged window more than once, and there is always some excuse. The last one was that the "job" had been marked completed in their system. Really !!! The service manager came out to measure and supposedly that window will come in within 6-8 weeks. I'm not holding my breath at this point, but I would love to have this completed and behind us. We are happy with our windows so far and have saved dollars on our heating and cooling.
