    On October 27th I purchased custom blinds for my home and paid via credit card $557 dollars for two sets of blinds. The sales person told me I would have a shipping date provided to me the next week. On 11/7 I reached out to the sales person *******. She said she wouldnt have the information and connected me to someone in their office named ******* who would provide those details. I emailed ******* on the 14th following up he responded and said he would send details. I never received any more info. I followed up again on the 19th. He again responded and said he would get me an update the next day when he was back at his computer. I didnt receive any further info from him. I followed up again on the 20th. I called on the 20th. He apologized and said they were disorganized due to their office manager being on maternity leave. He did have a ship date for the blinds and we scheduled them to be installed 12/4 at 9 am. Yesterday at 9:55 I called bc no one had arrived. ******* answered and said he was trying to figure out out what went wrong and that he would call me right back. I called again at noon and he said he would call me back. He did finally call back and said he would call back again to rescheduled. He never did. I called three more times. He texted me and said he would email options to reschedule. I never received that email either. This is also in line with other reviews on ****** that people purchased blinds and waited extremely long periods of time and ******* specifically is called out in these reviews for lack of communication and follow up.

    August 2021 placed an order for blinds. Paid $4,016.00 up front. Received in April 2022 part of the order. Have emailed and called the company over and over again. Finally they came out to remeasure the portion they forgot in March 2023. The owner states they are 'getting to the bottom of it' but never returns my calls or emails when I ask for updates.
