      Worth the wait. Installation was a breeze! The APEX instal team here in *** were well versed and each member was polite, professional and trained. Our sales contact was Kyle D. ************. He was "Hands On" through the complete process. We've had the windows about 2 weeks now and notice that we can heat our home so much faster. The other benefit is that the triple paned windows made our home a major reduction of outdoor sound. BOTTOM LINE.... Our house looks awesome with APEX!!

      Company misrepresents itself. In June of 2022, I chose APEX to purchase & install my window & door. The APEX salesperson guaranteed in the contract that the door entry would be rebuilt completely, and in an email stated that if I purchased the hardware that the door installer would install it as long as it was the correct hardware. The door was installed on March 16, 2023. The installer that APEX used didn't know how to complete the installation. He tried to re-install old casing around the inside of the door. Old casing was damaged & it no longer fit properly because the new door was larger than the old one. There was a gap between the threshold & tile. Although I called ****** to ensure that I had the correct hardware, the installer couldn't figure out how to install it. He left the door unfinished - hole in door & gaps on top & bottom of door. The owner tried to gaslight me by saying I had purchased the wrong hardware. When I gave proof that I had the correct hardware, he wrote that the casing around the door & installment of hardware would have to be worked out with my sales rep. My sales rep told me to find someone to install the hardware & do the casing & they would reimburse me. I purchased the casing, the grout for the gap between the door & the tile, & the paint materials needed, & I hired a licensed handyman. The job wasn't completed until the latter part of April. The handyman said the installation of hardware was straightforward. APEX forgave the $245 I owed on my account as reimbursement for the handyman’s cost & cost of materials. I wasn't reimbursed for my time to purchase materials & put in the grout, and prep & paint the casing after it was completed. (The owner came by to put in caulk.) In all, I spent over three hours doing these jobs - jobs that should have been done by an installer. Lastly, the installer needed to cut a hole in the aluminum wrapping for the doorbell to work. The hole is slightly too small. Doorbell sticks 50% of the time.

      Ordered windows on April 15, 2022. All but one was installed due to window being delivered broken. Replacement window arrived the end of Jan 2023 per a email from Apex representative. It is now one year later and we have yet to get our window installed. We are done with Apex.

      We have been trying to get Apex Energy Solutions to complete the window replacement job for 5 months. One window was installed with a defective grid and one window is still sitting in the yard waiting on the half moon window to be installed above it. The half moon window that was delivered was the wrong color. Screens are missing on one window and ripped on another. Windows were installed dirty with melted bubble wrap packaging stuck to the glass. Very little communication comes to us from Apex. What we do get in the way of communication is generally double talk concerning when crews will come back out.

      We understand and share your frustration that all of your windows were not delivered correctly by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, manufacturers have been experiencing very long lead times due to ongoing staffing shortages, material shortages, and supply chain issues. Aside from the phone conversations we've had during this time, we have sent approximately 30 email updates to the email address we have on file, though most of these interactions have been with a different individual than the one identified in this post. If you have not been receiving these, please contact our office to update your address on file. We're not able to send the crew out until the required parts arrive, but we remain committed to completing the outstanding services as soon as possible and doing whatever it takes to make sure the final product is exactly as it should be.
