    Quality and workmanship of my new sectional is abysmal. Seams coming apart at the corners, edge seams are wavy, cushions are not uniform, bulge under the fabric at top edge. How on earth does a furniture manufacturer get away with this. The upholstery repair department at the store where we purchased our England sectional did their best to fix the problems but the seams are still pulling and visible and the corner seams are still wavy. Nothing can be done about lack of uniformity in the cushions. At least the bulge on top is mostly flattened. Store was willing to take the sofa back but I cannot wait another two or three months in an empty room. They also said they will no longer accept custom orders for England Furniture.

    First of all we would like to thank you for your purchase of our product. As a manufacture we rely on dealers to direct service to the products they sell, determine if any manufacturing warranted defects persist and notify our facilities for parts/ assistance. I would like to ask for some information to be sent to my direct email (*******************************) so we could further address the situation. Please be sure to include all pertinent information including the dealer information/location so we can contact them. Thank you for your understanding and I feel the situation can be resolved.

    DON'T BUY THIS FURNITURE........I purchased a sofa and loveseat in April 2021. After 11 months the rivets on the side of the cushions pulled away from the seat cushion. They did order replacements but it took several months as they "forgot" to place the order. In addition, it appeared the cushions were already beginning to breakdown. Then several months later when taking the cushions off the sofa to vacuum I found a tear in the decking fabric. I purchased the extended warranty and was told it covered anytype of issue including random problems with the fabric (that weren't a result of abuse). When calling about the decking tear I was told that isn't covered. Now several months after that I have found a second tear in the decking. I contacted England Furniture and they ignored me and never addressed the issue. This furniture is the biggest piece of junk. I didn't spend this kind of money on furniture that would need to be replaced after 2 years. DON'T EVEN THINK OF BUYING UNLESS YOU HAVE DISPOSABLE INCOME TO REPLACE YOUR FURNITURE EVERY 2-3 YEARS.

    We would like to thank the customer for their purchase. Our records show that the customer did contact our facilities (via email) on 5/7/23 regarding some concerns with their product. The customer did provide enough information for us to inquire with the dealer about the issue. It was apparent that the manufacture warranty had expired for the upholstery related issues. According to the dealer there was an additional warranty purchased which is not related to the manufacture warranty. We did offer to the dealer to supply a replacement part/s to resolve the current situation. We have not heard any response since 5/8/23. We would urge the customer to follow up with the dealer as they are responsible for direction of service and can check the availability of replacement parts at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
