I am rejecting this response because:

I am not sure where Tim Fletcher is getting his information from, but he is highly mistaking or confusing us with somebody else. He did not check any duct work and even said that he could not feel cool coming from any of the vents. As far as him coming back to check, that statement was false, and he very well knows that. We made several attempts to call and text him, letting him know that changing the thermostat, didn’t work. Unfortunately, we were ignored every single time. The only reason that he even came back a second time was because we ran into him at ACE hardware and called him out in front of everybody about him ignoring our messages and calls and letting our child live in 80-90 degree weather. He didn’t want people thinking that he was ignoring customers, after making promises that he chose not to fulfill.

Furthermore, I’m not sure where he got the impression that we ran a printing company, and I have absolutely no idea what a hot press machine even is. The only machine I have is a vinyl cutting machine (cricut) and a 3D printer. Neither of which cause a room to heat up, or even emits heat. (I’ve attached a copy of factual proof into the folders provided.) I especially have no idea where he got information that we ran anything out of the garage, we can’t even get in our garage due to all of our belongings having to be in there. On another note, he claims a “hot press machine” is what is making the home hot, then we would love to know why the home is now staying in the 40-50 degree range. If what Mr. Fletcher is saying to be true, and a “hot press machine” is the reason for the air not reaching it’s designated setting, shouldn’t we be staying pretty warm right now, instead of freezing? Just another example of untruthful statements.

Lastly, Five Star Properties, and their attorney, has not offered to do any type of full price buy back. But ultimately, any revolving conflicts between us and the people we bought our home from, has absolutely nothing to do with Mr. Fletcher, nor, frankly, is it any of his business or concern. The fact that he is making it a point to even bring out our personal business, shows how truly unprofessional he is.

I’ve attached videos, photos, emails, texts, etc. As you can hear in the videos, Tim Fletcher clearly states, “I’ll make it right, Tim Fletcher, will make it right, I can promise you that.” As well as, “I sold that heat pump, I want that heat pump to be good, it won’t cost you a dime.”

Unfortunately, Tim Fletcher has personal vendetta against my parents, to which he has projected this off on to us. Once he found out who my parents were, that’s when he started ignoring our calls and texts and went from Mr. “I’ll do everything and it won’t cost you a dime because this isn’t your problem.” to Mr. “Im going to lie and ignore you and avoid you.”

Upon being ignored by Tim Fletcher, we got in contact with Billy *****. We assumed since Tim had previously worked under him, that he may have the same parts and be able to help. He let us know that he didn’t work with the same parts that Mr. Fletcher did and that Tim had a vicious cycle of ignoring people when he didn’t want to honor warranty and that the way he done people and conducted business is what made him stop working with him in the first place. Billy *****, in fact, is the one who gave us all of the contact information for the ICP company that Tim Fletcher is associated with and guided us into making a formal review of it on here, in hopes to get him to do the right thing. Clearly Tim Fletcher is not interested in making this situation right and would rather instead bring up issues, that doesn’t concern or involve him.
Upon playing the videos, you will see/hear that these statements made, are in fact true on our part.

    Important Dates:
October 18th, 2 fuses went out in the unit. We paid a technician from Morristown to come out and diagnose the problem (because only qualified personnel with Heil is allowed to during the warranty period) He is the one who found out that the fuses had went out and told us that they had went out due to the unit trying to work harder to catch up for it not working properly. He replaced them.
October 22nd, we had to call the guy from Morristown back, again, because the unit had made a loud noise. This time, a breaker had went out of the unit
outside. Upon further full investigation this time, the Morristown technician
found 4 frayed copper wires, 2 of which were touching each other. He came in
to check the thermostat and found that one of the copper wires that had
been touching the other, had burnt out the motherboard.

This is a link to the folder with all of the information regarding Mr. Tim Fletcher. The system wouldn’t let me upload a zip folder with it. ********************************************************************************
