    Subject: Complaint ***************** & a Fraudulent Charge and No Refund Policy I am reporting a fraudulent charge by a company called ********** On February 26, 2025, they charged my account $175 for a subscription I never ************* bank sent me a fraud alert via text message the same day, asking if I had approved the charge. I responded immediately that it was unauthorized. I had no previous knowledge of ********* or any agreement with them.I reached out to ********* multiple times to request a refund. Their only response was that they do not give out refunds, despite my clear explanation that I never signed up for anything and did not authorize the charge.I believe this is a deceptive business practice and possibly a scam. I am filing this complaint to request assistance and to warn other consumers.
