    Eddie Ball Construction agreed to provide services for a new home construction project early in 2021. Construction project consisted of foundation (slab) work / dry in /siding /roofing / interior timber installation / plumbing / electrical. Complaint origin started after dry in work and interior timber installation. First notable issue was plumbing in foundation redirected into framing was very sloppy and out of position as dictated in plans. Initial stages of electrical wiring was completed correctly but drywall installers who followed moved electrical wiring and drywalled over outlets. Interior timber was ordered and installed by Eddie Ball Construction without consulting with me first. Costly timber order over exceeded requirements. Mr. **** agreed to purchase back timber from me for other projects, currently no effort has been made to do so. After timber install it was discovered it was too wet to stain. The moisture in the timber bled back through the stain causing a grayish dusting film on surface. ***** **** himself was contacted and came out to inspect. Notable point, Mr. **** seldom made any personal appearance to this job site or others from I've been told. His solution was to send in another staining expert and consult with me and the original staining / paint crew. The consensus was the timber was to wet and had to be sanded down at my expense and left to dry for at least another 8 - 12 months. After that point Mr. **** refused to return my phone calls. Left with no other choice I made a formal complaint to Mr. Balls insurance provider, the insurance company denied claim without even sending an adjuster for inspection, typical. To date my subcontractors have had to repair water leaks behind walls while electricians have had to find and relocate outlets at my expense. Still paying for costly drywall repairs and painting to fix botched work by Mr. ***** subs. This complaint could have been avoided if Mr. **** was honorable enough to stand behind his work.
