      Today, we sent a third copy of our email & attempted an online chat through their website. In the first email we also sent the invoice we received. I saw no notice that it might take 3 months to ship the item.
      "We sent this email on Jan 4th & have had no response. Please respond." Jan 7th
      "We wish to return this item (******) which was ordered Sept 28th 2022, was shipped to me Dec 28th & received today, Jan 4th, months after we needed it (Oct). We needed it a month after we ordered it, never thinking we would not receive it for 3+ months later from TN. Please send a label to return it & a refund of $45.95.
