Enrichment Federal Credit Union is truly a remarkable financial institution, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service that is second to none. Over the past 25 years, I have had the pleasure of being a member of this credit union, and I have been consistently impressed by the high level of professionalism, kindness, and knowledge that the staff exhibits.
From my business and my family's mortgage, checking, and online services, Enrichment Federal Credit Union has been an integral part of our financial lives. The online services are truly wonderful, making it easy to access my accounts, pay bills, and manage my finances from anywhere, at any time. The user-friendly interface is simple to navigate, and the security measures in place ensure that my information and assets are always protected.
But what truly sets Enrichment Federal Credit Union apart from other financial institutions is the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. No matter what questions or concerns I have had over the years, the staff has always gone above and beyond to help me. They have taken the time to listen to me, understand my needs, and provide personalized solutions that have helped me to reach my financial goals.

1 starI recommend that you go elsewhere for banking services. ANYWHERE else. Even though I've been a customer for over 30 years, I cannot get help from them to correct a mistake that THEY made on my account. Customer Service is almost non-existent, though people DO answer the calls after 5-10 rings. ECFU needs to listen to EACH customer, instead of telling the customer that "that's the way they normally do it" and that "most customers want it that way." Customers are INDIVIDUALS, and instead of making assumptions that one customer is just like the "majority," they should ask each customer for their preferences. Continuously interrupting you and repeating that "this is the way we normally do it," instead of listening and answering questions, is not helpful at all. Two different people have done that regarding one issue. I have no idea why they even claim that they have "Customer Service;" that's a TOTAL misnomer. Part of MY potential interest (they pay customer's less than the average rates that institutions are paying) is paying for customer service, but I'm not getting any!! Moving my accounts to another institution is my next step, after this fiasco. Only look at this as an option if you want: - Lower than average interest rates for all accounts and - Minimal to no customer service.
