    This company bought the apartment complex from an old landlord with intent to renovate and resell. They then went through all the tenants and offered a lease with full release of rental rights. The apartments are six different duplexes. The first of the tenants to the right of me to be forced to move were an elderly couple living off of social security and their grand son with CP. Another tenant had no choice but to sign as she has multiple kids and no where to go. The tenant to the left of me was an elderly man living on disability. All were forced to sign or be evicted and possibly lose a chance on being able to find a new home. These tenants lived here for more than 15 years. Myself I had receipts for my previous lease and had it in writing so I did not sign. In January the apartment to the right had a pipe burst both that apartment and my own had major water damage and needed immediate mold remediation. The company refused to do so. I had to move myself and my children to a hotel from January until February where they forced us to vacate with no compensation. They did not care they had stolen money from me in the amount of ove* ***** or food from my children. They did not care about anything but forcing us out. I do not recommend renting through this company.
