5 starsWhen my roof was damaged by the early March windstorm, I call my long-time broker who recommended "his" roofer, Pinnacle Roofs Plus. I can see why. 5 starsPhil in company came in and did an admirable job, redoing our roof “the way it should be done” yesterday. It originally had cheap old felt on it and quite a few rotten boards. All was addressed. Prior to repair he advocated for us w the insurance adjuster to receive a reasonable insurance coverage, pointing out our insurance was not as good as we assumed - so we will be changing carriers. The crew placed tarps on our deck, fence and yard to protect from roof material removal. For clean up they went around carefully with a strong magnet to pick up stray nails. 5 starsWe are very pleased with the team and management of our roof replacement. Paperwork to the homeowner's association was submitted by Pinnacle Roofs Plus. The work was approved by our insurance company and the work was accomplished in a single day by a professional and hard working crew. The property was cleaned up before the workers left the property. Pinnacle Roofs Plus did an excellent job in replacing the roof on my home from hail damage. The job was completed in just one day for a large roof on an approximately 2100 ft home. The co-owner of Pinnacle in TN, Phil H******* was great in assisting me in dealing with the insurance company for a settlement. It took some time but eventually, we reached a substantial settlement to cover the cost of the roof replacement. I am extremely happy with services provided by Pinnacle Roofs Plus located in Crossville, TN.
