Do not use the people (3x) the amount of a normal tow fee. What they are doing is criminal and should be investigated.

I usually don't leave reviews but I feel compelled to for this company. They will absolutely take advantage of you and charge you 2/3 times what it should cost. The attorney General should investigate this company immediately.

They are scammers. Called for jump start the truck and they tell you one thing price when finished they charge you like 4 times more. Avoid this business at all cost, they needs to be shut down.

BEWARE I used this company out of necessity due to their relatively reasonable response time. I gave credit card info at their request when making the call; the call taker stated the card would not be charged until the driver arrived. I was quoted $195 + $1/mile (~$210 total). The driver arrived, was personable and polite, then competently loaded my vehicle on his truck. After hooking up and loading my vehicle, he asked how I wanted to settle the fee. I told him to run the card I'd provided. He said they don't ever charge credit cards, only collect info to "show your commitment to using our service" and that they only accept cash or direct bank transfers. He then said the fee was $340 through ******* or $325 using *****. I told him I did not consent to the increased price and asked him to unload my vehicle as this was not what I'd agreed to. He refused to unload, could not explain the increased price, and told me to "settle it with dispatch". Dispatch was argumentative and uncooperative, becoming aggressive on the phone and would not order the driver to unload without payment. I proceeded to process payment through ****** as the driver would not unload at the drop off until payment receipt was confirmed. I was never informed of their billing practice or of additional charges, nor did I ever sign a contract or authorization. In reviewing my invoice, the total charge was $195 for the Hook Fee, Loaded mileage of $75 at $5/mile (15mi trip), Fuel surcharge of $42, and a digital photo storage fee of $15. My total charge was just over $325, close to over 35% more than the initial quote. This company is predatory, exploitative, and deliberately disinforms customers. Avoid them.

I left a message on "Jeff's" vm today about a refund. When I called this morning, and asked about the price of a tow, I was not told about the hidden fees which equated to almost 100% more than the $125 plus$4/mile I was quoted. I have sent a request through the cash app for reimbursement- twice- both requests were denied. I googled reviews and I am not the only person with whom you were not transparent. I looked you up the BBB and more of the same. I normally do my research before using a company I'm not familiar with, but lacked good judgement at this time. Do the right thing and reimburse me. I'm sure you are aware of your overall review status for your company, and it's not a good one, and I do not want to add to it. You could certainly use more favorable reviews on all social media and at the BBB which I would be happy to provide upon your acceptance and delivery of the request for reimbursement. Also, attached you will see that on your website you accept payment via credit card, so I found it highly unusual to be made to down load a cash app to make payment. This is false advertisement as is the QUOTE you gave me but didn't uphold. The easy and right thing to do is to reimburse me for the charges you didn't inform me of when I asked. I give you this last opportunity to make it right. ******* *******   Sent from ***** Mail on Android

Let the buyer beware. I needed a tow from a parking lot to a mechanic less than a mile away. I called this company. They said the tow Would be $125 + $4/mile. They did NOT mention that they would be charging me $100 in "en route" mileage, which was the mileage driving to get me. On top of that, the first Tow truck they sent broke down, so a "a half an hour" turned into an hour and a half, an occurrence the company had no remorse for. To finish it off, they charged me $9 for not having their payment app on my phone. This company clearly considers itself above their customers. Use them at your own risk.
