I had visited ******** **** for three days from dates May 25-28th 2022, while I was there we had disgust me moving down there as I wanted to get out of New York. She had signed over the land for me and I had paid ********* company ************ 1300 for processing fees. Before I could do that ******** still owned ******* $322 towards her mortgage and land, so I ended up paying $1622 on good faith she will pay me back because she has said verbally and in text she would. Now we are both breeders and she just had a litter, so I gave her the full amount of $500 for a pup. But didn't think much of it as I thought she was going to help me with the move from New York to TN letting me in her home until I had my trailer set up or home. The day comes when I have to transport my dogs which was June 2, 2022. A ******* ***** also known as ****** to transport my ten dogs. His business name was ******** *** Transport, we were all in agreement to have the dogs delivered on said date. Now, ******* came to get the dogs after paying him in full saying I needed health guarantee to transport the dogs. I had already paid ******* in full and nothing was mentioned about that to me, the only thing he had said was to have the cages ready which I did. He said he would take them anyways have two witnesses verbally stating he was fine with it. Long story short none of the dogs ended up being taken for transport because ******** **** last minute tells ******* I'm not ready, and NONE of my dogs are taken and I lose out on the money transport. Here's where I believe they were in conspiracy to theft with eachother. ******* meet me at ******* ****** first to get the dogs and had me sign first before getting the dogs. But never got the dogs! *** fraud sign papers dog they were delivered to TN when they never taken. *** kept all my money. She done this same thing to another breeder *** *****, referring the same transport then keeping her 2k $ no puppy no transport.

7 months ago I put a deposit down for a puppy. It was 500. ******* ******** decide she wanted to move to Tennessee after she lost custody of her son and had two restraining orders filed against her. So as a so called friend. I sold her 8 acres of land and charged her 322. Which was through a mortgage company. However she wanted me to give her water from my well and electric from my lines. Which I was not able to do.

******* has be harassing me for months because I will not take in her 10 adult chow chows. I gave her a referral to a transporter that I had used before. However she couldn't get health certificates on her dogs. And didn't even have enough food for them to travel. It's not my responsibility to take care of others dogs or thier living arrangements. However she is calling me a scammer because she isn't getting her way. I have stopped all contact with her. After her publicity posting nasty comments about my children and my husband. I don't own her any money. And we have hired a lawyer and it is now a legal matter for harassment and slander.

Also I own my company and it is no way affiliated with anyone else. So I would appreciate if the lies would stop
