Paid business *** to move my mobile home from one park to another. They placed the footers of our home on asphalt that made our home stick out of the driveway. Footers on asphalt will disintegrate and now he is requesting an additional ** to move the trailer onto another lot in the park. He continues to lie and is trying to blame the office for his mistake. Now we have to pay the price for his negligence.

This complaint is not accurate at all. My crew and I did as we were told  and directed by the park manager, *****, as well as the owner, ******. I, personally, kept the park manager, as well as ******, constantly informed of everything that was going on as we proceeded. We followed verbal instructions that led to this conflicting situation.  We did NOT make any single choice by our own personal judgments. I had personally talked with the trailer owners and they understood what had happened within the directions we were given.
Negligence is NOT what I delivered. My crew and I worked to the best of our capabilities and even surpassed the expectations originally agreed upon up front, ensuring we professionally completed the job. We dedicated ourselves to our work only to be made aware that the place to place the blame had been put on me and my crew.
I understand their frustration, but I disagree with them on the part that I am responsible, by consistently doing my job as the orders were given per the trailer park manager, *****, and the trailer owners agreed. I have experience in my career field as far as 25 years and/or more. I am careful to listen and follow instructions to the direct point of ones expectations along with directions given, as agreed, up front and in person at the initial on-site estimate. (Also includes several calls as questions perceive throughout the process.)

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

The mobile home mover never took out a building permit before he set the home. And the fire marshal has failed the inspection as the mobile home sits right now. There’s serious drainage, bent frame that needs welded and footer issues that need to be addressed. The mobile home mover is not accepting responsibility of their mistakes and refuses to move the mobile home to another lot that will accommodate to fix issues with fire marshal inspection.

    Sincerely,

    ****** *****
