      When the work was finished on my home the final statement for payment didnt include a $******** prepayment I made to get the work started. The statement from the bank that shows they received the funds. They denied ever receiving this money. They will not return my calls after leaving my name and number several times over an extended amount if time.

      Warning ……. “about this franchise of Servpro.”
      Our commercial property experienced significant damage , frozen pipes 12/24/22 from the Artic Blast . 12/26/22 called Servpro. They came with dehumidifiers 25, to dry the space. 3weeks later. Still drying space. They used large black bags to put drenched items in, placed them on furniture in the rooms. Thereby ruining couches, loveseats, bagged items , etc. Dealing with a different representative daily each passing the buck, blaming others for their ineptness in handling water mitigation properly.
      It took the contractor over 10 weeks to get Servpro’s recon financials to match State Farm’s to be able to proceed. After our Agent, ins co., several friends with bad reports with this Servpro. We had to get other bids from contractors and move forward. As our business was dislocated for 10 (ten),
      Weeks……almost 3 months. My business partner filed a complaint and then became a target by Craig the Supervisor of 3 southern states. She was called horrible names in the company “rebuttal “ by Craig.
      Please seek out other property mitigation options prior to inviting this nightmare of a company into your home or business. Unless your business can afford such loss of time and convenience. Jason K. the first man on the job was great, prompt and concerned. He said to me and I quote, “ we will mitigate the water and if you let Servpro do the reconstruction it will save you at least 15% of what other contractors cost”. This turned out to not be true. Maybe a guess on his part. But , Servpro has ended up higher in their multiple quotes.
      Needless to say . Servpro is out of our business and lives. Prayerfully, Forever.
      What a discombobulated mess of a business. Steer clear if anyway possible.
      Furthermore, do companies buy their rating.? A rating here is laughable!!!!!
