    Be sure not to use Servpro. The review left by Tammy S is representative of the subpar service they provide. We are still waiting after a year and a half for them to complete a job that should have taken 3 weeks.

    Servpro of Chattanooga is the most inept company to deal with water mitigation and reconstruction. Our office was severely damaged on 12/24/22. We notified our insurance company of the damage. Servpro was then notified to begin water mitigation. They began on 12/27. After 5 five weeks the water remediation was incomplete. We lost much more personal items than we should bc of Servpro putting plastic sheeting over wet furniture and items. Leaving them for two weeks. Servpro threw our lighting out of the back door!! They told me several times that other jobs were pulling them away from ours. After, 10 weeks! We are still not able to get into our office to work. Servpro has yet to begin reconstruction. We have been waiting, begging and attempting to have our office restored by ServPro without success. Please don't use this company. Servpro of Chattanooga is owned by another company. Their corporate policy is to talk to the owner of the local company before a grievance can be filed. However, the local owner Mr C*********, will NOT return calls, nor take calls! A total joke. ******** ****** ***** **** *** ************** ******* *** ** * ******* ******** ***** ********!

    We truly strive to exceed the expectations of every customer that we have the privilege of providing services for, and if we fall short of that goal, we are certainly open to constructive criticism. However, in this case, we are unsure what more we could have done to be more responsive to your needs. Our team prioritized your loss over hundreds of others that we received during an unprecedented inclement weather event and our team responded in less than 24 hours, at a time when many customers were forced to wait weeks for a response. As those initial services were being completed, we began working diligently to help get the construction phase of your project approved by your insurance carrier and into production. Each time you contacted our office, a member of our management team spent considerable time listening to your concerns and working to find solutions that were agreeable to you, sometimes taking these calls late into the evening in order to accommodate your schedule. We offered options to work around the delays caused by your insurance carrier's failure to adequately assess the value of your loss, but you declined to move forward with those options. Once we were finally able to get in contact with your insurance carrier, they agreed with our assessment of the damage, which increased your payout by approximately 100%. At that point, rather than moving forward with the work as scheduled, you chose to cancel our services and move forward with another contractor.
    We sincerely wish you the best as you move forward with the repair of your property.
