    Attention!!! This company is Anti Veteran. This company refuses to sell a home to someone using a VA loan. They say it’s because they have had some of there homes appraise for less than the sale price. Well that means you are over valuing your houses, so all buyers be ware!!! While this may be legal it is at the very least, well below board. I cannot believe that there is a company not willing to sell to a veteran, only because they are a veteran and using there VA loan.

    When reviewing purchase offers on the house, our primary focus is on the strength of the entire offer, which includes various components such as the purchase price, contingencies, financing terms, and other relevant factors.

    The issue you've mentioned is that in some cases, homes may appraise for less than the sale price. Such instances do come up in the course of our business and are usually dealt with on a case-by-case basis to achieve the desired outcome for everyone involved.
