      Purchased high value batteries within the time period of covered warranty. Seller confirmed that the item was under warranty and requested a number of tests done at buyers expense. Test concluded that one of the batteries purchased was faulty. Agent at the Buyers business denying the results from the test conducted by professional mechanics on the faulty battery. Agent further shifted the blame on the buyer. Agent rude and combative. Agent stated without even physically testing the battery that he would recommend his leadership not to take the battery back. He further stated that if buyer wished to send the battery back for testing it would be at buyers cost. These batteries cost nearly 900 dollars initially. This agent s objective was to push the buyer out of the way and make him go away. Agent very hostile and unprofessional. Agent stated numerous time to the buyer not to buy their batteries. Agent talking with buyer with content and degrading behavior. Very bad customer service.
