    We had been customers of Conserva for several years with no complaints. Last year and this it /is entirely different. We had two visits from service person for valve and leak issues. We had to wait for several weeks for their visit in the heat of late Summer and Fall. When he did arrive he had to rebuild a valve manifold. Glued it all back together but suggested I wait until the glue cured (next day). The valves did not work properly. One valve was/is stuck open. So, irrigation water turned off again. Called for repair and was told the next visit could only be done 2 months later! I tried to explain to their office that we had aeration and over seeding done and needed to be able to water our lawn. No help. On another occasion, we had a valve leaking and it could not be repaired. Again, the serviceman had to rebuild the manifold to accommodate the new valve. Again, wait until the next day to allow the glue to set. The valve will NOT open and STILL doesn't open. Total cost for these "repairs" was $1100.00. Now, the new season is upon us and they refuse to come here at all. My suggestion is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will NOT stand behind their work.
