On 11/18/22 ***** **** of Perfect Service and Septic signed a with me to disonnect and condemn my septic system and run a pipe into the exsisting sewar system. I paid the sewar tap on 11/27/23. I asked for list for inspection. I was told the plumber would know. Mr **** had said he recently passed the test in GA. He had gravel delievered for both areas front and back to install lines. I let them put some of the gravel in the backyard. I did not want any gravel left in my yard front or back. He had two employees with him. They connect the new pipe to the sewar system and told me to call for inspection. It failed the first time. Mr. **** did some adjustments and took a picture on my phone and put job completed and sent it to inspector. Mr. **** wanted the second inspection also failed. Mr. **** never contacted the inspector to understand what he needed to do. He always made me contact him. Mr. **** was irritated but installed what he
thought was what the inspector wanted. This time he coevered up the line, He made two of his employees use shovels to put the dirt in and pick the rocks up. Mr. **** said he would come and move the rocks and address the yard. He never did. I called for the 3rd inspection. I thought it passed but it failed again. I called Mr. **** that the 3rd inspection failed. I also wanted the gravel and condition of the yard addressed. Mr. **** becamse very angry and blamed me for it failing again. He has not been to my home since the last inspection that failed. He will not accept my phone calls. I still have gravel everywhere in front and back yard. I cannot mow my yard. My next door neighbor is complaining about the way he left my yard. My sewar line has still not passed inspection Mr. **** put a 10 year warranty on his contract. but he has just ghosted me. The inspector said plumber should pull permit because it would go on his license but I have no recourse. I want him to finish the job.

    Business Response

    Date: 07/13/2024

I never pulled the permit she did. I did word for word what I was told and I have not been paid in full for the job. I am licensed in tn for septic. If it failed inspection it is because she told me it passed and after she told me it passed I covered it up. She said all she had to do was send the picture to her inspector and he would pass it. I was under the impression that is what happened. I only covered it up bc the home owner said the inspector passed it. I did not pull permit or ever talk to the inspector, the home owner did all of that. Plus her son in law is a corrupt officer inside ******** county jail on ******* rd. He threatened my life on 2 seperate occasions before I realized he was related and staying with the woman that I decided to do the work for. So therefore it is also a hostile work environment when I fear for my life every time I see this corrupt cop

I am rejecting this response because: I have proof of payment per contracts attached.  Mr **** insisted that I obtain the sewer tap.  He immediately started work.  Mr. **** stated he was licensed in TN/GA.  He insisted I  contact to request each of the 3 inspections and  they all failed. First no back flow preventer and 2/3 Preventer had to be level with the grade. After holidays Mr. **** was angry it still had not passed inspection.  He stopped taking my calls and texts.  He had put a 10 year warranty on the first contract that covered the inspection.  It has still not passed inspection. I want Mr. **** to call the inspector to find out what needs to be done.  Have the sewar line pass inspection.  Clear the gravel and level both the back/front yards.
