I sent my wedding bouquet to be preserved in acrylic. The quality received back is amateur. Seeing the company listed on the TN SOS, it was opened January of 2022. Clearly, she is not qualified enough to be charging the astronomical prices. I was under the impression I was working with a quality designer. The flowers are all folded over, during the pouring process. There are bubbles throughout the entire product. The resin itself is bumpy and terrible. The quality is definitely not what I paid for. The flowers themselves are wilted, yet, were still used?? There was plenty that could have been used that were not in such bad shape. The job was done lazily. I asked for a refund and she stated they do not offer refunds. However, there is nothing on their sight that indicts such. I am so unhappy with this product.

    Business Response

    Date: 08/01/2022

We received an email from this customer regarding dissatisfaction with the product they received. The original complaint was due to the condition of the flowers. The flowers were received on Tuesday April 19, 2022 following a weekend event.

We do not advertise that we preserve flowers exactly as they are on the event date. We advertise that we will preserve flowers in artistic arrangements in the highest quality possible after receiving flowers from a customer. We require, during the months of April-September, to overnight flowers to prevent any further wilting. Though, as is the nature of flowers, wilting will occur naturally over time, and this process is expedited by being inside a non-temperature-controlled shipment box flying from the west coast to Tennessee. There’s nothing we can do in that time period to preserve what has already wilted from event date to arrival at our doorstep. We do not advertise, nor do we offer, to show flowers to customers prior to their design being complete and their flowers to be cast in resin. Our process is as follows; (1) receive flowers and immediately dry them in silica, (2) once dried, we check for the quality of the flowers and only use the best available following the drying process as certain flowers will dry better (i.e. not fall apart, have more color, look “fuller”, etc.), (3) cast the dried flowers in resin in an artistic design, (4) once all casting is complete, products cure for 7 days minimum prior to shipping to customer. We will attach a photo of the product.
We provided the customer with the highest quality of product that could be produced given the circumstances of their already slightly wilted flowers upon delivery to our address. We believe we provided a high quality preservation of the flowers provided to us, and we believe our design is not “lazy” as we designed them properly and casted them properly. Each flower is upright to show off the face of the flower, and greenery is laid flat behind the flowers. Negative space is essentially not present as we tried to fill the majority of the block with the customer’s flowers. The flowers are colorful, they are not “folded over,” and the product was handled with care. The product provided to the customer has a similar quality standard to multiple high-quality flower preservationists in America. We are not the most expensive, nor are we the cheapest preservationists. But we aim to offer the highest quality preservation possible regardless of cost. Our pieces are one-of-a-kind artistic designs tailored to the customer's flowers. We hope this explanation helps clear up any misunderstandings, and we are happy to further explain why we believe the artistic product provided to the customer does not dictate a refund.

I am rejecting this response because: same issues. Quality is terrible. Bubbles throughout the entire epoxy. Flowers are folded over, etc.
