    Schroeder Sealcoating came to seal my driveway in October 2023. They charged me $1,500.00 for the job. Within a few months the coating started flaking off my driveway. I notified them in February of 2024 and they said they would reseal the driveway. I have called numerous times and left messages for them to call me back, but have not heard back from them. I want them to reseal the driveway or return my money.

    This is regarding Schroeder Sealcoating in *******, ** phone number is/was **********. After evaluating several different companies to ******** our parking lot at ********************************************************** and seeing the BBB approval for this company we hired them to do the job. It was completed in Oct. 2023. They were extremely nice to work with and appeared to do a good job. Unfortunately the coating seemed to "wash" off and by the spring of 2024 most of the parking lot looked as it did prior to the sealcoating. I contacted the company and they agreed and said that it had a 1 year warranty and they would schedule the job to be done again. I tried to contact them again in July 2024 with no response by email and the phone number seems to go to someone who does not speak English. Please let me know what I can do to get my parking lot resealed and if I have any recourse to validate the warranty with Schroeder Sealcoating. The total amount I paid was $5,643.95. Thank you!
