In October 2023, I contacted All Temp heating and air conditioning to come out and look at our AC Unit. *****, who I assume is the owner, agreed to come out early Tuesday morning October 10. He explained that there was a $100 diagnostic fee. ***** called me on his way and he showed up like he was supposed to. He looked at the unit and said it just needed to be cleaned and he would get me an estimate ASAP. Later that evening, he called with the estimate. I told him I would discuss with my husband and let him know.I contacted ***** on October 12 to discuss possible finance options and ultimately ended up scheduling our repair/cleaning for Tuesday October 17. On Tuesday October 17, I text ***** at 8:30am to see when he would be out to complete the service and he said he was sick and not coming: he asked to reschedule for the following Tuesday, October 24.Monday, October 23, I text again to confirm our appointment for the following day and I got no response. On Tuesday October 24, I still hadnt heard from anyone so instead of waiting around the house, I left because I had errands to run. ***** called me at 10:30am and said he had a tech in the area could they come right now. I said no, we werent home that we would get back to him. On November 14, I informed ***** that we would be going with a different service provider since they clearly were unreliable.

This is ****** with All Temp. I have attempted to call Mrs. ******** and left a voicemail with no return phone call. ***** is our service manager, but does not make invoice discount decisions. That is why I called and attempted to resolve the situation. But I got no return phone call, the only communion that was had was texting back and forth with *****. At this point, it is over ****** head and needs to be discussed with me. She may call the office like I advised her to do on Monday. ************.
