      Please don't buy anything from this company. They will still your money . You buy a building from them , will charge rent $391.00 a month the other $ ***** or $40.00 goes toward you buying the building...... a total rip off .....save yourself a headache from buying from them !!!!!!

      This is a rent-to-own agreement. As required by law, the cash price, the monthly rental payment amount, the lease term, and the total cost (among other required disclosures) are shown on the first page of the contract. Mr. ******** rental agreement clearly shows a cash price of $9,415.75 plus tax and a total cost of $20,337.60 plus tax. if a customer pays all 48 payments and does not utilize the early buy out, they will pay approx. double the cash price. Here, Mr. ****** had a 48 month agreement: 48 x $423.70 = $20,337.60. This total cost is also shown on the contract coversheet and customer receipt. The customer receipt and the rental agreement were signed by Mr. ******* Rent -to-own gives customers the opportunity to obtain use of a quality at-home storage option for a low monthly payment, only committing to one month at a time, the ability to return the shed with no penalty (if account current), no credit check, no credit reporting, etc. Then, at the end of the agreement, the customer will own the shed. Customer can utilize the early buy-out option to save money. Mr. ****** was a good customer and we regret that he was not properly informed of the details of this transaction before the shed was delivered. The ******* sales team is tasked with explaining rent-to-own at the point of rental but we cannot control that process and encourage all customers to read their rental agreement. Again, customers have the right to terminate their agreement at any time.       These guys are absolute criminals. They sold me a repossessed model and after it was delivered I realized it had much structural damage under the bottom. For months I kept making my payment and calling them with their promise they were working on helping me but they never helped me in any way and cost me more money. Eventually I let him repossess it and lost over $3,000

      PMB Rentals, LLC ("***") denies the statements set forth in this customer review. Customer's rental agreement very clearly shows that the rented property (portable storage building) was used and was discounted accordingly. *** was not aware of any damages to the building. *** tried for months to communicate with customer via phone and email with no success. We believe that successful customer relationships are built on good communication.
