      We purchased 4 tickets 2 adults 2 children 6 years of age we go to be seated and were told where to sit . A waitress with a very rude attitude told us that we needed to stand up because these weren’t our seats so we did. About 5 minutes later we asked what the problem was and they said very rudely we don’t know. So I asked for a manager and without saying sorry for the mistake or offering any solutions he said follow me and we did. He asked for our tickets and we gave them to him he goes in an office and comes back and handed them back to us and said our money was returned to our card . Never introduced himself said they were sorry just escorted us down a set of fire stairs like we were criminals. It was a 3:30 show on 7/21/24

      We have spoken directly to the guest and have provided them with complimentary certificate to attend the show again at some point in the future, the guests were appreciative of this gesture. We had also reimbursed them for the cost of their original tickets.

      My 8 year old is diagnosed respiratory failure with hypoxia. He is immunocompromised and therefore high risk for covid. He wanted to go to Dolly Parton's stampede dinner show. He had saw it on a youtube video and begged to go. I called and spoke with management as I didn't know what covid precautions, if any, they had in place or if they'd even be able to accommodate us. I sent an email but didn't hear back originally. I ended up calling and the manager who answered the phone said they could not accommodate us. A little disappointing but I appreciated the honesty. Less than a half hour after that conversation I received a call back from their office and another manager said they would be able to accomodate us. She picked a day that had few people booked. She said she'd block out a back section for us to sit in away from everyone else. She said they had plastic dividers they sometimes use for covid and that they would put those up. She said that they would package our dinners to go so that we could still do the dinner show but not jeopardize his safety by removing his mask. It seemed that it would all work out wonderfully. She was very thorough! I booked through her and paid over the phone. As soon as we arrived we had issues unfortunately. The staff at the dinner show were not told and knew nothing about the accommodations. They did not have a space set aside for us, there were no dividers and none of the precautions we spoke of were taken. I tried calling the management office back but no one answered. I tried messaging them on social media, all while awkwardly standing there with my family. I didnt get a response so we decided to leave. As we were walking out a lady came up and said that management had called and they were getting seats ready for us. They ended up sitting us in a different area than discussed, right in front of the busy servers stations so tons of traffic and it obstructed my son's view. The wait staff didnt know anything about our dinner to go.
