    Friday we spent $111 that night after getting to hotel the car didn't work, went back Saturday they said they fixed it we get back to the hotel and it's still not working. They have posted 10am, told the other lady that had two broken cars to come in at 10am today and two hours go by no ones there still. No answers to calls the island has no way to contact them. Wright shows up to work and doors locked he called manager and manager Aaron had not showed up so manager jade or Jane shows up and is a complete smartass to me and the other customer, wright atleast looked at my car and confirmed it's not working right. The manager then refuses to give us the full refund and soon as I stated y'all will hear from BBB she says she's refunding the entire amount. She was beyond hateful to us, Kimmie and Shelby were the ones we dealt with building the car. The management ***** and locals state they barely open when supposed to.

    Hello- We are sorry to hear that your purchase was not working as it should. We are also sorry to hear that you endured waiting to get the refund due to an employee not arriving to open the store at the center's posted time. Luckily, we have cameras in our store and can confirm that there is not another instance of a late opening in the past six months beyond inclement weather, but we have addressed the late open that occurred here with the Pigeon Forge team. Additionally, it looks like the entire amount was attempted to be refunded during the initial refund transaction. One item was accidentally not applied, but it was applied and refunded within a minute of the initial refund. Again, we are sorry to hear that your purchase did not work as it should and that you had to endure waiting to get the refund due to an employee not showing up to open the store on time.
