    I purchased a shirt for my brother in law (for what was supposed to be a birthday present, now supposed to be Christmas present). Status is "paid" but my order has been sitting unfulfilled since Oct 31st. I have reached out to Parrot Mountain several times. I have offered several options to correct this. I have offered: -to pay for expedited shipping -to schedule a phone call to discuss how to resolve this issue -to initiate a refund of my goods -to purchase a different shirt if this shirt was causing logistic issues I have received no response to any of my several attempts at contact. I have been reaching out since early November and have not stopped my attempts since. I gave Parrot Mountain several deadlines to respond back to me before I proceed with my next step. In my last attempt at reaching them, I sent an email stating that I will accept either an email response or a phone call by the morning of December 12th to discuss a resolution to my order. I stated in my email that if I did not receive a response, I would be reporting them to the BBB for resolution since they are not communicating. I sent an additional follow up prior to this complaint and there was no response to that either. I have exhausted all attempts at reaching Parrot Mountain to resolve this order. I have emailed screen shots of my order as well. I am hoping to ultimately receive my shirt prior to Christmas but am disappointed that this company promotes a merchandise store with UPS Ground 7-10 day shipping with no business ethics to fulfill their obligations. If they are unable to guarantee my goods by Christmas, I want a refund and an apology.
