    Vendor did not honor her commitment to send the asparagus plants I ordered Feb. 16 2024. Here it is May and no product or refund. ******* the shipper even admits to not sending any of my plants to me and did not issue a refund as requested. Continued to tell me it snows in May in dayton ohio.....no chance of snow in May. Also made excuses for not shipping...tornado warnings, wet fields. requested refund and did not receive any of my money back. contested with credit card company and she lied to get the charges reinstated even admitting to to CC investigation that she never sent me my order or gave a refund. Very dishonest business and would encourage all to stay away from Asparagusfarm  .com ******* is a very dishonest person. will be re-filing a charge back with credit card company and give supporting evidence of my dilemma.

    No I have not heard any response from this vendor.  Does not answer email or calls.  Now I do not hear anything from ********* Bank and I guess I will file a complaint on the Bank as well.  I sent all the documentation to the bank.   Asparagus farms still has my $238 and has not sent the asparagus roots as agreed to upon the sale.  very dishonest and non re

    Hello, on January 24 I purchased from Asparagus Farm 6 lovage plants to be delivered around April. On April 16th the plants were shipped and we received them on April 25th. The package was shipped Priority with **** and it was insured for 100.00. The plants arrived damaged, being on the road for so many days. I have pictures and records of everything. I called the shipper, Mrs. *******, also I have e-mailed the pictures and she told me that she will send me other lovage plants. I never received new ones and now if I email they never answer and on the phone when she hears my voice she hangs up on me. It’s not about the money, the plants were for my mother who lives with me. If I don’t say anything, other people don’t say nothing, then they can do this to a lot of people. You pay for a product and you expect to receive a good product. The insurance money from the Post Office can be retrieved only by the shipper, so I don’t see what the problem is, they can recuperate their money. They can refund us the money or send us new plants ( which we prefer). Just wanted to make sure that other people don’t receive the same treatment from them. I paid 39.00 in January 2023 with a credit card. The phone number that I could reach Mrs. ******* is ************. Thank you.
