    I highly recommend West HVAC. When our unit stopped working last night, Ted arrived promptly and saved us from an unbearable situation—having a 4-month-old in a sweltering house was no joke. Ted serviced our unit today with exceptional professionalism and expertise, all at a very affordable rate. I can’t thank him enough. Thank you, Ted—you’re the best!

    The HVAC system we had was 28 years old. The owner came by on a quote for a new system. His price was very reasonable. Quote was given on Wednesday installed on Sunday.
    The worker showed up on time, went straight to work. Then explained to my husband everything he installed and explained the new thermostat. Great service.

    Second experience with this company and I cannot give more praise, recommendation, or positivity towards this business/owner. Ted, HIMSELF answered the phone immediately, came out to a service call ON CHRISTMAS EVE. He provided me with expert advice and fair pricing. I reached out to five other competitive companies with zero response in an emergency situation and have yet to receive a call back. Ted came to my house, greeted my kids and puppies, and fixed the units immediately. I wish the world had more people like him who run a company with integrity and honesty. During his time he answered his phone once to take on another family struggling with the cold weather, on his day off, on Christmas Eve. Need a company to help? Provide service? Or extend the best pricing/knowledge possible? Hire this company without question.
