5 starsThis is the most accommodating, professional, honest company I have ever dealt with. Many years ago, I needed home repair and ***** worked with me to get the necessary repairs done quickly and within my budget. They needed to dig up part of the yard. When they finished you would never know I had work done. It was perfect!
Recently, I had ***** ********* out to inspect a home I was purchasing. I was concerned about the structure. At NO COST, ***** inspected the home thoroughly. He noted what to watch for but stated there was no problem with the structure. He explained everything thoroughly and in a way I could understand.
I would use USS without hesitation! Their prices are reasonable and, best of all, they guarantee their work giving you peace of mind. These guys are, in a word, AWESOME!Review fromMike S

I am so glad I chose USS to do repairs at my home. From Levi doing the inspection to Alex and his team doing the work. Levi was very knowledgeable and answered all questions ask as well as having a video he had taken to be able to show what he was telling us. He was such a pleasure to work with. Alex, Daniel and Peyton showed up when they said they would and talked to us every day to see if we had any questions or concerns before they left for the day. They were all a pleasure to work with. We paid a lot of money to USS for foundation work and they are not doing the warranty work now. We gave them over 2 weeks notice and scheduled warranty work for a house closing and they canceled last minute! They claim they can’t give us a reschedule date either??? Bottom line if it’s warranty work where they won’t get paid they will put you off. We may lose a house sale now because of this mess and USS hides the fact that they only thing covered in their warranty is the jacks. Alexandria, TNUnited Structural Systems, LLC

Chris came to my home to consult with me on servicing the sump pump in my basement that was put in 13 years ago by ***** ************* (no longer operating in Nashville). I reached out to USS since they had previously put steel support beams in my basement and it was Chris that I dealt with at that time. They did an amazing job with that project!! Chris felt the sump pump was fine and he even filled the battery for the pump with water at no cost. I felt reassured that I would be able to reach out to USS if the pump failed in the future. USS is the absolute best. I used them to place 6 piers to repair for foundation cracks back in 2020. They were superior then. Just recently on August 18 I had to have similar work done and additional cracks repaired on the other side of the same home, placing 4 piers to do so. I knew to call only USS. Again, they did superior work from, start to finish. Chris C******* explained to me what needed to be done, cost, pay options' he never applied any pressure to purchase or have the work done now, Their initial staff with which ones speaks, as well as their follow up contact to resolve any issues following repairs, is exceptional. My interior back bedroom wall was damaged and had 3 cracks in it. The same two men who initially placed the 4 piers returned to re-do the entire job. Andy, a supervisor came out to check everything. He called me back and told me their paint and dry wall crew were backed up, but that they would not forget me, and would be back to repair drywall and paint when they could. A painter returned this Friday to do so. He replaced dry wall first as promised, and returned today, Friday to paint the entire bedroom. Lea called me earlier this week to ask what color paint I wanted, and then scheduled the work dry wall and painting required. They returned to do so in month later. The painter's work was superior today, just as was the work of the other two men who did the initial pier placements. All of the extra work they have done for me in re-doing a first job, and in repairing dry wall and painting an entire bedroom too, has been done, at no additional charge.. In calling and scheduling home repairs, I have rarely dealt with any company that comes close to USS in the quality of work they do, and in the honesty, ethics, character, integrity of their company, staff, and repairmen.
