    On 2/10/2024, the tow truck damaged my driveway as a run away truck was pulled from my property. There was damage to my driveway concrete. The owner ******* was notified by the sheriff present at the scene. The owner now refused to give me his insurance information to properly fix the damage.

    ***** towing was called by a third party to pull a vehicle from a ditch in my neighbors yard. Without permission, they entered my property and used one of my trees to pull said vehicle out with chain. They did not use any sort of tree saving equipment to do so and damaged the tree, which is dangerously close to a utility pole and power lines. I had an arborist inspect the tree and he informed me the tree needed to be removed. The driver on site was very rude when asked about the damage and refused to even give his name, walking away from me without a word. 2 days later, I was able to speak with *******, the owner of *****, and not only did he refute responsibility for damages, he cursed at me profusely. I have CEMC. An arborist as well as the ******************* involved now. The outcome is pending but it appears that, instead of being a responsible individual willing to resolve an avoidable situation, legal action is inevitable.
