    Archers is awesome the tech Kevin ***** went beyond to find the problem and made sure it was fixed correctly. Price was better than anyone else and we well be using them here on out.

    Archer is the best in my book. Had a problem with Trane heat pump. Neighbor had a friend AC repairman look at it before I contacted Archer. Said unit needed a new transfer valve, which would have been $1,500 or more to fix. Got AC working but left cover off unit and disappeared never to return. It was a bit of a mystery because the valve was moving freely. Josh from Archer came out and discovered the thermostat had malfunctioned and was not getting voltage to the magnet. Reprogrammed Thermostat. Problem solved for at lot less money. Thanks to Josh and Archer for prompt service and saving me a bunch of money since I am retired living on fixed income.
