      My wife and I have been calling this facility to talk my wife's brother *************************** for the last three weeks. The phone just keeps ringing on and on with no one answering the phone since December 20, 2022. My wife finally got ahold of someone on December 24, 2022 and was told one of the patients was using the phone and she asked for my phone number and would have my brother call. Since my brother is in a facility called Stoneridge Health Care in **************, ********* and I live in ********** I told the nurse that I cannot just jump in the car and go down there to check on my brother. The nurse promised me she would have him call me. Well guess what he never did. I started calling again from December 26, 2022 to January 3, 2023 and still no answer the phone just keeps ringing. You would think this would be important for the staff to answer the phone so family who live over **** miles away could speak to family who they are supposedly taking care of them. My brother told me the last time I called him that his clothes are always getting stolen and not given back or that the staff does not go look for them and my sister ****** has to bring new one's or some from home. This facility to me has problems and someone needs to do something. I am ******'s sister ******** and I am very concerned about his well being and I cannot get ahold of anyone to find out if he is even still alive. You would think this facility would have an email address but they do not. I cannot contact my brother please help me. Regards ******** and *******************
