    Business Response

    Date: 11/01/2023

This man and his wife were asked to leave as they were driving in areas they were not supposed to. Tearing up the grounds. They both were drunk and screaming  bad words. Disturbing other guests.  When we asked leave the behavior be came worse and the police had to be called and they had to escorted out.  They cut the electrical box and  broke a sewer pipe  as well.

We have a no refund policy if you breaking the rules you leave with out a refund. They broke all of them.

We where very nice and  converted there monthly stay to a nightly rate and re funded them the difference.  Minus the property damage of $200.00 and  they were refunded $228.00. We have rules to protect other guests from people like this. They were awful drunk and belligerent the whole 7 days. Our rules are in the online contract they. Have and  before we book they have to read the rules before check out and sign them.
