      This is not a company that stands behind their products.
      We visited Scenic Helicopter Tours 5/11/23. My child rode the helicopters twice and enjoyed them and the employees seemed nice. I purchased a very expensive clay coffee mug for $31.39. I brought it home and stuck it in warm soapy water to wash it. As soon as I picked the coffee cup up out of the water to wash it, the handle fell off, it broke. I was so upset because I like the coffee cup and it cost $31.39.
      I called the business this morning, I talked to someone there and asked who the manager was. I was told it's whoever answers the phone. I asked for Jay, they said he doesn't fly the helicopters. I explained what happened with my very expensive coffee cup and asked if they would allow me to return the cup. The gentleman said no because we arrived back home. I did purchase a total of three coffee cups so have the other two but it sure was an expensive coffee cup to just fall apart. I hope the other clay one does not fall apart. I asked the gentleman what could be done, he said nothing. I told him that he may want to advise others of his clay coffee cups breaking upon touch. All three coffee cups made it back home safely but this particular blue greenish mug just fell apart. I was not happy with the response for assistance I received but wanted to make sure others know about the $31.36 coffee cups and do not purchase them because the company is not willing to do anything when they fall apart. Also, I told him I wanted to file a BBB complaint. I called back to let them know I changed my mind but that I would make sure other customers knew about this issue. My second time of calling, no-one answered the phone. The day we was there, there was always someone at the front counter and willing to quickly assist walk-ins and phone calls.
