    Car was brought to Done Right to fix a possible transmission problem, as the car would not shift out of 1st gear. Emphasized that getting the repairs done quickly was important, as this vehicle is needed to get back and forth to work. 1 "needed" repair turned into 2, then 3. When we were given a chance to get the car back before the 3rd repair was completed, TWENTY SIX (26) DAYS LATER, our car was no better off that when we first brought it in. Many excuses as to why it took so long. We immediately took the car to a different local mechanic with very positive reviews. Repair needed had NOTHING to do with the transmission, as it was a power module. Reputable mechanic told us this was "a common error on Chrysler vehicles, and should have been the first problem diagnosed by any good mechanic." Problem was fixed, and we had the car back in 24 hours! Done Right scammed us for over $1500 and 26 days!!!

    Done right **** the owner is a thief and a crook! Do not bring your car here not even for air in your tires! I brought my truck to him running had it all day and night when I get there my engine was seized not telling me he proceeded to produce a bill that could not be paid by credit card had me get money orders to pay him after being paid he told me my engine was locked up now with out a vehicle stranded 50 miles from home with children took every last dollar I had he is scum call a tow truck before you bring it to done wrong!!!
