Don’t use this contractor, I’m in the process of obtaining legal assistance against this contractor.
Refuses to complete the punch list, refused to provide any documentation backing us draws made.
Refuses to provide information on appliances, don’t know where they came from including my kitchen cabinets that I’m certain were not new.
    Dishwasher doesn’t work properly.
I’ve paid for all materials and labor.
He’s threatened to file a lien against my newly constructed cabin in Sevierville for his 15% (cost plus 15% contract) less $12,000 he asked for in advance to pay his X father-in-law.
He has yet to provide documentation proving that he hasn’t already skimmed off his 15%.
The electric wiring is mess, works and passed inspection after third inspection.
Can’t use our recliners without tripping a breaker, light switches missing where needed, had to go to the top of the stairs to access a switch to turn the stair lights on and off.
No switch going into the kitchen, only at the back door.
Switch turns all living area light and stairway on together because of the wireless he had installed so we’d be able to turn the stairs lights on downstairs, should all be on separate switches. No switch separating the front and rear deck lights.
I have to cross a pitch black basement to access a light switch.
My cabin is gray with gray dry-stack stone. Instead of using the required gray mortar and stucco on the house , it’s brown.
The stone needs gray mortar and the stucco painted gray like it should have been.
All tongue and groove interior, they never sanded the trim before sealing, steps are a mess, looks like the sealer was poured on.
Busted French door in the master bedroom that needs replacing.
Cabinets were never trimmed, my husband and I had to install the pulls.
Also, he hasn’t met with me since August 12, says he’s too busy with out houses and working out of town.
    Etc, etc, etc………….
