    Being part of the Commercial Club, one of my cabins had an air conditioning issue, but I had renters checking in the next day. Hylton scheduled my appointment the next morning, and my renters could check in to the cabin, with cold air, saving the reservation. Thanks, Hulton, for the prompt service.

    All the staff that we encountered at Hylton Heating and Cooling were courteous, professional, and prompt with their service. They were able to come out and fix our problem very quickly. After several years of HVAC issues with other companies, the maintenance plan that they offer was just the peace of mind that we were looking for. We are so relieved that our HVAC system is now in the hands of a reliable company that we feel truly cares. We highly recommend calling Hylton Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC needs.

    I would easily give Hylton a 100% rating! We live part time in Sevierville TN and part time in Ohio. We control our furnaces/AC in both places using internet. This winter 2025 we notice that our furnace in Sevierville just up and quite working when we were in Ohio.
    I called Hylton and they jump right on it! Billy and helper got it back up and running fast. The drip line was frozen which shut down the gas to the furnace for safety reasons and the blower was just about ready to die being overworked by this issue! Hylton fixed the two issued and home was warm again. All done at a very reasonable price. Way to go Hylton and thanks!
