    The incorrect furnace was sent with a manual that didn't match. The manual was correct. However the furnace is not what I ordered. I asked for it to be replaced got denied. I asked for a refund and have not received any response back yet in the past 48 hours. Contacted their chat line multiple times and got referred back to the original help site to file a ticket. The phone number is never answered at any time of day (865) 429-3698. Voice recording just asks you to file a ticket. I filed two tickets #1 338516, was closed saying it was the correct item just the quiet version. After opening the casing of the furnace I filed Ticket #2, 811612 still open with zero response in 48 hours. It is not the correct item with the pictures supplied to Adventure RV showing the incorrect furnace. Model #SF-35VHQT. I would like a full refund and return packing slip so that the incorrect item can be shipped at no charge. I have a photo of the incorrect item number from the inside of the furnace case. I do not wish to exchange the item for the correct one. I just want the hassle to end. The correct furnace was ordered from another supplier and when it arrives can prove even further that what I was sent from Adventure RV is incorrect.

    We are sorry you had an issue with your order. We did reply to your ticket with the supplied photos within 1 day of receiving it. After reviewing the photos you sent it appears the item had incorrect identification on out packaging and the item in package was incorrect. As per your request we will have the item picked up at no charge to you. Please check your ticket for more information on the process.
