    I know the owner of sevierville discount tire i have a 2019 chevy malibu i needed some work done he let me take it to his shop he gave me a car with no tags and no insurance to drive whike they worked on it he even belped me pay for it. After my car was leaking oil i told him he kinda blew it off no big deal car never leaked oil before now its blowed up been there 4 days he tried lying and saying i didnt tell him when i asked tonight he told me ilto get it out of there it was too much work i dont know what to do

    Well to even respond to this claim would require for us to have done some mechanical work on this vehicle. we were notified from the customer that the person was worried about oil leaking. We told her as she was rushing to get her car back from being serviced that we were checking the drain plug. there was oil on the drain plug but the plug itself was not leaking. the person was notified that our mechanic was booked for 3 wks to a month and she wanted the car back. The person continued to drive the car for the next 3 weeks without checking the oil level. After it quit running on the person told us they was having it brought to our garage which was fine. oil plug found still not leaking, but we did get a chance to look at it and found the valve cover leaking along with a turbo hose or at least oil on the hose as it seemed to be leaking. The person made demands for us to fix it. The person was instructed to take the car elsewhere at that point. There is nothing any further needs to be explained. Hope everything comes out ok for the person involved.
