    This is the worst company imaginable. They told us we had to come to their location in Nashville in order to pick up a voucher to get on the Red Neck Bus Tour. It was a TOTAL scam. They said it was required to take the bus tour and then we get there and they want to sell us a timeshare. There weren't even any vouchers. We then had to walk in the heat to meet the bus. They lied to me repeatedly when I asked them to send me the vouchers. They are horrible. Do not get involved with them in any way. They don't even deserve a one star rating.

    At Vactions made easy we sell thousands of tickets each week. We do not sell timeshare, and our vendors typically do require a voucher to attend the venue. Im sorry this customer had this experience.

    I book it on 6/24. Had to cancel within 5 hour. We have a family emergency. They are keeping $ 60 dollar. Be very careful booking with them.

    Make your cruises , paid activities
    Direct . The fee they charged is a lot higher. If you cancel only get 65% back.
    Do your homework before going
    With this group unless you have money to waste.

    Very poor service. Must come pick up tickets at their location, and not at the door of the show, wasting vacation time. Do not ever use them!

    Horrible rip off!!! 2 different parties in the line I was in also had been ripped off by this company. Took an hour of my time on a wild goose chase to redeem the confirmation code. Called CS and a rude women who could barely speak English informed me they don't give refunds. I'm pretty sure there are laws against CC fraud. This company needs to be GONE!!!

    After listening to this call the only person who was rude was ***** and her foul mouth. She refused to stay on hold while we called the vendor to sort it out. We keep records of date and time of ticket pickup and she never showed up, not sure where she went.

    This horrible company, sold me a boat reservation, and the entity for which they sold the reservation for doesn't even DO RESERVATIONS! I'll be charging back from my bank this fraudulent sale and good riddance to this horrible company. Called multiple times and pointed out their fraudulent advertising, they don't care one bit.

    I wish I could give it ZERO stars. My grandmother used this company to book a San Diego: Little Italy Food Tour as a Christmas present for my wife and I. As it turns out, they don't DO tours in San Diego. I have the original print out from when my grandmother booked the tour. It has their website listed (vacationsmadeeasy.com), says Book online or call: (the company's phone number) with a picture of Landini's Pizzaria in San Diego front and center. She purchased a gift card so that I could book it and schedule it later. I don't live close to any of the cities they do tours in, nor does my grandmother. They refused to refund the money even though I have the original printout. This is elder abuse, stealing $215 from someone with a very limited income. I hope everyone that works at this company is ashamed of themselves. It is FRAUDULENT and CRIMINAL. I have the original printout and will discuss this with the authorities.

    Horrible. Very misleading with website. Charges unreasonable ants and does no refunds. Lied about picking up tickets, said I had to come by location.
    It's frustrating that this business can get away with this.

    At vacations made easy we sell hundreds of tickets each week to this show, we charge the same per ticket as the vendor. This customer called in and demanded a discount or they would contact bbb. We do require customers to pick up there tickets, and we wont be extorted. Thanks

    Ordered tickets online, never said anywhere you had to go into their office to pick them up. After waiting over an hour in a very slow line, the man behind the counter wanted the IDs of everyone going to the show, then wanted to know how long we are staying in town, WHERE we are staying, and our MARITAL STATUS. NO legitimate reason to want to know any of those things. When I asked why he needed to know that, he got snippy, accused me of lying about being in line that long, and threatened me with 'having to wait in line again.' He did finally give me the voucher after scolding me like a child. DO NOT USE THEM.

    No where on their website did I see anything about having to go pick up my tickets at some mystery place. Apparently, they won't just send you the tickets. You have to go out of the way to go pick them up. And there is no address on their website as to where it is that you are supposed to do this. When you are on vacation, you don't want to waste time. And this is a big waste of time. Also, although there is some savings, it looks to me like it is not really BOGO when compared to the prices at the activity site.
