    My domestic flight to ********* on Saturday, 2/22/25 was canceled five minutes prior to boarding at no fault of my own. I notified the owner of the shuttle service in advance, during which he notified me that he would try to secure another driver. The owner of Sewanee-Door to Door could not secure another driver, and he could not pick me up at my new arrival time (a few hours later) because he was attending a birthday party, leaving me with no transportation from ********* to Sewanee. I had to pay to secure another form of transportation to Sewanee in addition to the $175.00 that I already paid. The owner of Sewanee-Door to Door said that he would consider a refund (after speaking with HR) in text communication with me, but ended up not offering a refund. On Sunday, 2/23/25, my return trip to ********* for my departing flight did not happen. The driver who was supposed to pick me up never called or texted to let me know they arrived that morning. I had to move my flight to later that same day, incurring an additional fee for changing the flight. I do not recommend this shuttle service. The higher cost ($175.00 each way) is not worth the risk of losing money if a flight is canceled or delayed. I say this after having good experiences using this shuttle service a few years ago. The owner of the shuttle service offered me a credit to use his shuttle in the future after I indicated that I will use a different mode of transportation to get to Sewanee moving forward. I cannot trust that this individual will be there to pick me up after this experience, so a credit in lieu of a refund (for services that were not provided) is disingenuous.
