    Disappointing. I have a saddle that is about ten years old and it is great. I purchased a new saddle and was very disappointed by the quality and service. Not only was my saddle defective (off by 5/8 on one side), the company made me pay for the shipping and criticized me for not noticing the defect sooner. The saddle was miserable to ride in, but I truly thought it was my fault. The last thing I thought was a
    the manufacturer could have made such a large error. Not only did my saddle have a huge defect, the glued failed in parts of the saddle and the material the saddle is made up is easily damaged. I was very disappointed in the saddle and the salesman Matt. I understand the company has changed owners in the past ten years. I’m not sure if that’s true. I just know the quality and service is NOT the same as it used to be to be. Don’t waste your money like I did. There are plenty of good saddle that are better quality, reasonably priced, and built to last unlike National Bridle Shop.
